Hand painted with details, featuring Geisha. Satsuma ware became popular in the West after being showcased at the 1867 Paris exposition. It is earthenware pottery with cobalt blue glaze and hand painted, raised designs. Metallic gold trim. It is 6 inches tall and 4.5 inches in diameter.
