Vintage 4.5 inch Bowls Rice Eye Dragon Tienshan Set of 2

This is a vintage set of two collectible Chinese porcelain rice bowls which feature the rice eye porcelain (Ling Long porcelain), which features translucent patterns formed by rice grains embedded in the clay before firing. These feature a dragon motif in the center and geometric borders around the rim, inside and out. The rice shaped indentations become translucent when held up to the light. They are commonly used to serve rice or soup or noodles. They are 4.5 inches in diameter. They are in excellent pre-owned condition.
