Vintage Curio 3 Shelf Wood and Glass

Vintage curio cabinet has 3 shelves with enclosed glass middle section. It can hang on the wall or sits on a counter or furniture piece. This is a really versatile piece for your collections and your own imagination. Perfect for tea cups, figurines, spices, small books or whatever you can dream! It is in very good vintage condition with normal wear. It is spacious 23 inches tall including the finials on top and bottom. It is 19 inches wide at widest point and is 8 inches deep. The shelves inside the glass are 10 inches wide and 6 inches deep, and 5.5 inches tall (between shelves). The top shelf has 4.5 inches tall viewing area and the bottom shelf has 4.5 inches viewing area. The outside shelves are 6.25 inches deep and 3.5 inches wide at farthest points. If you hang this piece, I would advise finding a wall stud, due to the weight of the shelf plus what you style it with. Also if you you are hanging it, I would consider adding additional strong hangers. It comes with 2 on the back as it was manufactured, but it is quite heavy. It has been repaired on one corner with a screw (see photos) to help hold it together more strongly. These curios were manufactured by sliding all the pieces into grooves and held together by the finials, which screw into the main pieces.
